Blog Subscription and Email Address

Your enrollment automatically includes you on the Excel University blog email list. You can expect to receive 2-3 emails per month, whenever a new Excel article is written. You can also expect to receive announcements about new Excel University courses and other related discounts, promotions and services. We will not sell your email address or give it to another company. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of future email.

 

Ownership of Materials

The Excel University brand, including all books, blog posts, training information, videos, Excel files, screenshots, e-books, and related materials are owned and copyrighted by Jeff Lenning. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use any content for public or commercial purposes, including text and images, without written permission.

 

Training Material Access

You may view the lecture videos and use the content in the Learning Management System (LMS) while your enrollment is active. You may not save or otherwise provide a way to gain access to the training materials after your enrollment expires. You do retain the right to access any purchased books and the related exercise workbook files and solutions videos. You do not retain the right to access the lecture videos, forum posts, quizzes, exams, or other material provided in the LMS.

 

Cancel Subscriptions

If you registered for a training pass subscription (Campus Pass or CPE Pass), you may cancel anytime by logging in and navigating to Administration > Cancel Subscription. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the course materials until the end of your current billing period.

 

Pause Subscriptions

For our monthly training pass subscriptions, we offer a one-time courtesy pause. This will pause your subscription and access to the training materials. The subscription will auto-resume after the pause period.

 

Privacy

We attempt to maintain the security of the website, however, it is always possible that unauthorized access may occur to our site and therefore to your information stored in the site and related databases. As security best practice, please use a password that is not associated with your username in other websites. We may use student feedback, reviews, testimonials, comments, registration, enrollment, or completion data including first name but not last name for marketing or other promotional purposes. We do not share data to third-parties except for those vendors that enable us to provide our online training, for example Blackboard who runs the LMS and Active Campaign who handles our email correspondence. We use cookies to enable a personalized user experience, for affiliate tracking, and for analytics. 

 

Refund Policy

We provide a full refund for 30 days after purchase or, in the case of our CPE programs, until any CPE is earned. To request a refund, simply contact us.

 

Limitations of Liability

While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate information, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy or fitness for a particular use. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content, and you use it at your own risk.
