A Campus Pass group subscription includes everything that the individual subscription includes except for the ability to earn billing discounts (since the group rate is already discounted).
The annual renewal process is manual. This means that each year, we'll send a renewal reminder email and will not automatically charge the original payment method. That way, you can adjust the number of students up or down for the upcoming year.
Please note: you will be able to assign the subscription licenses to students through the website each year. Once a license is assigned to a specific student, it can't be switched to another student until the annual renewal. That is, the system doesn't enable you to switch licenses each week or month to various students within your organization ... the licenses are assigned one year at a time.
